My 1st strawberry jam attempt was a little over a year ago and I’ve done more canning since then, often with recipes from Canning for a New Generation by Liana Krissoff.
I also tend to give more away than I eat, so this year I’m determined to try to save some for winter!
By the end there were 2 8-ounce jars and 6 4-ounce-ers.
The gluten-free English muffin was just ok, but the preserves were yummy, even with fruit from the deli since I didn’t have time to go strawberry picking straight from the farm like last year.
I’ll try not to eat it all too quickly…

Phew! I’m glad that I’m not the only one that shrinks my clothes! But isn’t such a drag when it happens? HAH!
Anyway, I’m not a fan of strawberry but when it comes to jams and preserves, I’m all in! Oh and chocolate covered strawberries! SOOOO YUMMY! Gahhh I’m so jealous that you know how to make these! Share some with me!
